The Showtec Helix S5000 Q4 is a powerful professional IP65-rated LED wash light designed for high-output indoor and temporary outdoor illumination. Equipped with 40 x 10W RGBW 4-in-1 LEDs, it delivers rich colour mixing and an intense 10° beam with up to 54,000 lux at 2 metres. Flexible control includes DMX, Wireless DMX, Master/Slave, automatic and built-in programs, while five individually controllable LED sections allow more creative lighting effects.

DESCRIPTION
The Showtec Helix S5000 Q4 is a professional high-power RGBW LED panel washer designed for demanding event, stage and architectural lighting applications.
Its light engine consists of 40 Prolight Opto 10W RGBW 4-in-1 LEDs, producing an output of up to 54,000 lux at 2 metres. The standard 10° beam provides a powerful concentrated output, while optional beam-shaping accessories can be used where a wider or differently shaped wash is required.
For creative programming, the LED array can be divided into five separately controllable sections. This enables the Helix S5000 Q4 to operate as more than a conventional static wash, allowing colour and intensity effects to be created across the face of the fixture.
Control options include DMX512, Wireless DMX, Master/Slave, manual operation, automatic operation and built-in programs. Five DMX personalities – 4, 6, 8, 20 and 24 channels – allow the fixture to be configured according to the level of control required.
The IP65-rated enclosure makes the Helix particularly useful for temporary outdoor productions as well as indoor installations. Professional features including 5-pin DMX connections, PowerCON True1 power connectivity, an OLED display and quick-lock mounting hardware make it well suited to professional production environments.

All accessories (i.e. remotes, leads, batteries, etc should come back) unless an exception has already been agreed prior.
All items come with a minimum 1 year manufacturer's guarantee (this does not cover pre-owned items) which covers parts and labour for repair purposes.
Some items are not covered under this guarantee are user replaceable items that are subject to wear and tear. These include mixer crossfaders, line faders and styli (cartridge needles), lamps which cannot be guaranteed (faulty on arrival does not apply to the "not covered" rule).
Unwanted items
If you have received an incorrect product(s) or unwanted item(s), these can be returned in a 14 day cooling off period. Shipping charges will be refunded where items are too small to warrant a collection. Collection will be made by an agreed date. If for any reason that we are unable to collect, may incur additional costs to re-arrange should the error not be ours or the carrier's. We will extend unwanted item return to 14 days at the buyer's cost of return.
Unwanted headphones and earphones may not be returned due to hygiene reasons. Software and Media (i.e. CD & DVD) products may not be returned, and hardware products with bundled software where the software has been registered, and also made-to-order items, may also not be returned.
We aim to get repairs done as quickly as possible. If a repair is to take more than a reasonable time, items will be replaced or refunded.
Items returned inside of 28 days will be replaced where possible subject to stock availability.
Please make sure you package your item(s) extremely well. If item(s) are damaged in transit and have not been packaged sufficiently, this may void any warranty.
