All offers are reviewed individually and are subject to stock availability, supplier pricing, delivery costs and current promotions.

2. How It Works

Making an offer is simple. Please provide as much information as possible so our team can review your request accurately.

3. Eligible Products

Offers may be considered on selected products only. Availability may vary depending on brand restrictions, supplier terms, stock levels, product margins and current promotions.

Some products may be excluded from Make an Offer, including clearance items, special-order products, finance-only promotions, already-discounted bundles or items subject to manufacturer pricing restrictions.

4. Making a Fair Offer

We always try to offer competitive pricing, but not every offer can be accepted. To give your offer the best chance of being reviewed positively, please make sure it is realistic and based on the product’s current market value.

• Include the product name or product link.
• Tell us the quantity required.
• Let us know your proposed price.
• Include any relevant competitor pricing, if applicable.
• Confirm your delivery postcode so we can consider delivery costs.

5. Review Process

Once your offer has been submitted, our team will review it against current stock, supplier costs, delivery requirements and any active promotions.

Where possible, we will respond with one of the following outcomes:

• Accepted: we can proceed at your offered price.
• Counter-offer: we cannot accept your price, but can offer an alternative.
• Declined: we are unable to reduce the price on this item.

6. Accepted Offers

If your offer is accepted, we will explain how to complete your purchase. An accepted offer is only valid for the period stated in our response and remains subject to stock availability until payment is completed.

Products are not reserved unless we confirm this in writing or payment has been received.

7. Delivery & Additional Charges

Unless specifically stated, accepted offers apply to the product price only and may not include delivery, installation, accessories, extended warranty or other additional services.

Delivery charges will be confirmed before or during checkout and may vary depending on item size, weight, location and courier service.

8. Returns & Cancellations

Orders placed following an accepted offer are still subject to our standard Terms & Conditions, Returns Policy and your statutory rights.

Where an order is cancelled or returned due to change of mind, any applicable non-refundable payment processing fees may be deducted from the refund where permitted.

Special-order, custom, clearance or business-to-business purchases may be subject to different return conditions.

9. Trade, Education & Public Sector Customers

If you are buying for a business, venue, school, college, local authority or public sector organisation, please let us know when submitting your enquiry.

For larger orders, our team may be able to review package pricing, pro-forma invoices or approved credit account options for eligible organisations.
