The SIEM-121R UHF PLL Body-pack Receiver and SIEM-121T UHF PLL Single Channel Wireless Transmitter; reliable wireless in-ear monitor system, providing clear audio transmission for live performances and productions. With a wireless range extending up to 300 meters, this system ensures uninterrupted coverage, even in larger venues. Featuring digital volume control adjustable from -40 to +20dB, it allows for precise audio management. It also offers 6 programmable groups with up to 24 channels per group, ensuring flexibility in channel selection, along with username customization for easy system identification. Built for durability, both devices feature rugged, all-metal construction, ensuring long-lasting performance.
The SIEM-121R and SIEM-121T system offers versatile audio monitoring options. It can be used as a stereo in-ear monitor, providing immersive sound for performers, ensuring clarity and depth during live events. For even greater flexibility, the system can be expanded to support two mono sends by including an additional SIEM-121R body-pack receiver. This allows two performers to receive independent mono audio feeds from a single transmitter, making the system adaptable for various stage setups and monitoring needs, whether you're working with solo artists or larger groups.

Items that are to be returned should be in their original packaging including bags, cardboard or polystyrene holders and protectors and shipped to:

All accessories (i.e. remotes, leads, batteries, etc should come back) unless an exception has already been agreed prior.
All items come with a minimum 1 year manufacturer's guarantee (this does not cover pre-owned items) which covers parts and labour for repair purposes.
Some items are not covered under this guarantee are user replaceable items that are subject to wear and tear. These include mixer crossfaders, line faders and styli (cartridge needles), lamps which cannot be guaranteed (faulty on arrival does not apply to the "not covered" rule).
Unwanted items
If you have received an incorrect product(s) or unwanted item(s), these can be returned in a 14 day cooling off period. Shipping charges will be refunded where items are too small to warrant a collection. Collection will be made by an agreed date. If for any reason that we are unable to collect, may incur additional costs to re-arrange should the error not be ours or the carrier's. We will extend unwanted item return to 14 days at the buyer's cost of return.
Unwanted headphones and earphones may not be returned due to hygiene reasons. Software and Media (i.e. CD & DVD) products may not be returned, and hardware products with bundled software where the software has been registered, and also made-to-order items, may also not be returned.
We aim to get repairs done as quickly as possible. If a repair is to take more than a reasonable time, items will be replaced or refunded.
Items returned inside of 28 days will be replaced where possible subject to stock availability.
Please make sure you package your item(s) extremely well. If item(s) are damaged in transit and have not been packaged sufficiently, this may void any warranty.
