Throughout these Terms & Conditions, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to UKDJ. “You” refers to the customer using our website or placing an order.

2. Acceptance of Orders

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.

Receipt of an order confirmation email or payment does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between you and UKDJ is only formed once your order has been dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or amend any order where necessary, including where there has been a pricing error, stock issue, product description error or suspected misuse of our website.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices shown on our website are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched. We reserve the right to amend prices, offers and promotions without prior notice.

4. Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team using the details provided on our website.

• Orders that have already been processed or dispatched may not be cancellable before delivery.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
• Goods must be returned unused, complete and in their original packaging where possible.

5. Failed Deliveries & Refused Shipments

If a delivery is refused, an incorrect delivery address is provided, or you fail to respond to courier delivery attempts, your order may be returned to us.

Where courier return charges are incurred, these may be deducted from any refund due.

6. Incorrect Delivery Information

It is your responsibility to ensure that all delivery information is accurate at the time of ordering.

UKDJ cannot be held responsible for losses, delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information supplied by the customer.

7. Returns Procedure

All returns require a valid Returns Authorisation Number (RMA) before goods are sent back to us.

Returns received without an authorised RMA number may be refused.

1. Contact our customer service team.
2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
3. Wait for your RMA number and return instructions.
4. Return the goods using a tracked delivery service.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.

8. Product Warranty

All products sold by UKDJ are supplied with a minimum 12-month manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated.

If a product develops a manufacturing fault within the warranty period, we may arrange a repair, replacement, exchange or replacement parts where appropriate.

This warranty does not cover:

• Accidental damage
• Misuse, neglect or improper handling
• General wear and tear
• Damage caused by incorrect installation or use

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

9. Product Descriptions & Images

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, pricing and images are accurate.

However, product colours may vary depending on screen settings, and manufacturers may update specifications without prior notice. Images are provided for illustrative purposes only.

We reserve the right to correct errors or omissions at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, UKDJ shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of business, loss of profits, loss of revenue or delays caused by couriers, manufacturers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection laws.

We do not sell customer data to third parties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
